Holiday Inn Executive Center Wins 2nd Place

Congratulations to our Executive and Banquet Chef’s Jesse Souder and Jim Quinn who won 2nd place at the 2015 Taste of Elegance with their Pork Osso Bucco with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Braised Swiss Chard dish.

The Taste of Elegance is a major cooking event for professional chefs.  It is sponsored by the National Pork Board that includes over twenty regional competitions annually.  The competition is designed to inspire innovation and exciting new ways to serve pork.  Prizes are awarded for outstanding pork dishes based on taste, originality and presentation. Once again, congratulations to Jesse Souder and Jim Quinn for their fantastic and innovative meal!
